The Company's dividend policy is aligned with its current and future development plans, considering the investment environment, capital requirements, domestic and international competitive conditions, and the interests of shareholders. Each year, the Board of Directors, after reviewing the operational status, capital needs, and the current year’s earnings (after required reserves), proposes a dividend distribution plan for approval by the shareholders’ meeting. The Company shall allocate no less than 5% of the distributable earnings as dividends to shareholders, which may be distributed in the form of cash or stock.

To maintain a balanced and stable dividend policy, the cash dividend portion shall not be less than 10% of the total dividend, except in cases where the Board of Directors resolves not to distribute dividends and the resolution is approved by the shareholders' meeting. No dividends or bonuses shall be distributed if the Company has no earnings. However, considering the Company’s financial, operational, and business conditions, the Company may distribute all or part of the legal surplus reserves and capital surplus in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
